Code of Conduct - IT Manager of Tomorrow

Together, we create IT Manager of Tomorrow! Our goal is to organize an event where all participants, regardless of experience or perspective, feel respected, safe, and encouraged to engage actively. We believe diversity drives innovation, and our conference is where knowledge, experience, and passion converge to inspire IT leaders.

To ensure our event remains open, friendly, and professional, we kindly ask everyone to follow this Code of Conduct:

1. Respect and Inclusivity

All conference participants, including speakers, organizers, sponsors, and guests, must treat one another with respect regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, race, religion, disability, appearance, body size, or any other characteristic. Our conference promotes diversity, and any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying, or intimidation is strictly prohibited.

2. Open and Supportive Environment

We aim to create an environment where everyone can reach their full potential. We encourage active participation, knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and relationship-building based on mutual respect. Positive behavior, a supportive attitude, and helping others contribute to building a healthy community.

3. Knowledge Sharing and Networking

The conference focuses on knowledge exchange, building professional relationships, and developing IT management competencies, not sales-driven goals. We encourage participation in networking sessions and sharing experiences in a collaborative atmosphere.

Boundary Between Networking and Sales Activities:

  • Networking: Establishing professional contacts, sharing experiences, and discussing IT industry development.

  • Sales Activities: Please refrain from aggressive promotion of products or services. Any sales-related activities (e.g., direct offers, product advertising, distributing marketing materials) must occur in designated spaces or during organizer-approved sponsored sessions.

4. Social Media and Photo/Recording Sharing Policy

Participants are encouraged to share their conference experiences on social media while following these guidelines:

  • Respecting Privacy: Photos and recordings featuring other participants should be taken only with their consent.

  • Using Official Hashtags: We support using official event hashtags such as #ITMTConf #ITMT2025 to promote online content.

5. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality Policy

Conference materials are copyrighted and must not be used without the author’s permission. Participants are expected not to disclose trade secrets or other confidential information shared during the conference without the presenters’ consent.

6. Session Recording

Some sessions may be recorded during the conference. Please follow these rules:

  • Allowed: Recording personal notes or presentation excerpts for private use.

  • Prohibited: Recording sessions for commercial, public, or distribution purposes without the organizers’ or presenters’ approval.

7. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance

In accordance with GDPR regulations, all personal data provided by participants will be processed solely for event organization, communication, and post-conference material distribution. Participants have the right to access and correct their data. Detailed privacy policies are available on the conference website.

8. Safety and Support

All event attendees have the right to feel safe. If you feel threatened or notice any violation of the Code of Conduct, please contact the organizers immediately.

9. Use of Conference Wi-Fi and App

The conference Wi-Fi should be used only for event-related purposes.

Participants must follow app usage rules, avoiding spam, promotional sales activities, or other actions disrupting the conference experience.

10. Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience a violation of the Code of Conduct, please contact the organizers immediately. All reports will be reviewed within 24 hours. Organizers will take appropriate action to resolve the situation.

11. Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior

Individuals violating the Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the event. Actions leading to expulsion include harassment, bullying, unacceptable sales activities, aggression, or any other violations of conference rules.
