I don't like boredom! Things need to happen! And they did! A week with #ITMT by Conlea was 🔥🔥. Those who attended know! Lots of interesting conversations, and inspiration. There are many advantages to this conference, starting with the wonderful location in Gdynia - an open and friendly city - through inspiring speeches, to countless opportunities for making new connections and gaining inspiration.
I came away from the conference not only with new ideas but also with a concrete list of actions.It is also one of the few conferences where such a friendly atmosphere conducive to networking is so well maintained. The Conlea team knows how to organize conferences. Thanks and congratulations!

Alongside the #WarsawDBSHub Team, we had another amazing event on our schedule back in June 2024. The IT Manager of Tomorrow Conference in Gdynia was a wonderful opportunity to connect and learn from hundreds of IT professionals. It was great to be there, and we look forward to returning in the coming years!

ITMT conference was an exceptional event! I had the opportunity to meet many inspiring people, gain valuable knowledge, and had a great time at the same time. One of the highlights was the charity auction for the Rafal Brzoska Foundation with amazing prizes, organized by Conlea. It was a fantastic experience to be part of an initiative supporting the development of managers, teams and the entire Polish IT industry. Thank you all for an unforgettable experience and working together for a good cause. I am looking forward to the next ITMT conference!

Finally, I found some time to reflect on the amazing experiences, inspiring people I met, and the wonderful mentees I had the pleasure of connecting with. Practical knowledge, exchange of experiences, many interesting speakers from around the world, from many industries, not only from IT - all in a cool, inspiring atmosphere! For me, IT Manager of Tomorrow is a few days full of good energy from which I get a list of ideas and inspirations.

I came to meet as many new people as possible, and it became clear on the spot that there was a lot of valuable content in the lectures here, and I found out how broad aspects are related to IT management in companies. This is very interesting.

The energy here demonstrates that people are thirsty to communicate to exchange knowledge and experience. Here they can get it. They see how IT is changing the world and want to share their knowledge and learn from the best practitioners in the country and not only.

The conference is just such a place, a moment during the year, when we can stop, put aside our business responsibilities and think conceptually - reflect on what we have managed to do during the year.

It is an initiative that is in line with our company's core values. In my organization, we believe that building communities is our responsibility as an organisation that cares about sustainability and the environment.

This is the largest industry conference in Poland dedicated to IT managers and it is a fantastic opportunity to learn something from each other.
