PS. You can find your ticket on the Conlea App. By logging in through the email you provided when you purchased your ticket.

When registering, you need access to the conference app Conlea App (available android and iOS), which contains the IT Manager of Tomorrow event and your ticket. Make sure you are logged into the app with the email address you purchased your ticket with - this is the same address you receive information from the organizer. The app will be your digital pass to the event.

Some hotels cooperate with us and offer special discounts (10-15%) for conference participants. Contact us via chat available at the bottom right corner of the website or send an email to events@conlea.pl for more information. Places with promo codes are limited, so don't delay!

Catering during the conference

Yes. During #itmtconf we provide coffee breaks and lunch for participants and attendees. Both vegan, vegetarian and meat dishes will be offered.

Lunch will be available with a coupon in the Conference App, which can be picked up at the catering area at ITMT Town on Grunwaldzki Square in Gdynia. In the app you will find a coupon with a date, which you will be able to use once at all the restaurant booths.

Log in using the email address to which your ticket was purchased. This is very important - only then will the app recognize you as a conference attendee and grant you access to the ticket and networking features.

No. If you have participated in previous events (e.g. IT Manager of Tomorrow 2023, OPER8IT 2023, ACCELER8IT 2024), you can use the same account. Just log in with your business email address, select the "Upcoming Events" tab and join ITMT 2025.

Work and relaxation zones

We have 2 such places - both in the Musical Theater.

For work, we recommend the Conlea Zone and Conlea Stage on the first floor of the Danuta Baduszkowa Musical Theater, available at times when program events are not taking place there.

Several desks for work are also located on the first floor of the Musical Theater.

Gear-up workshops will be held simultaneously on June 23 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Check the Gear-up Agenda or the app to see where your workshop is being held.

These locations are about 300 meters away from each other (7-10 minutes on foot when getting out of the building). In most cases, you will find the name of the location in the Gear-up workshop title and in your confirmation email.

Yes, at the conference venue you will find the name and password information to log in to our WI-FI.

Yes. A free locker room will be available at the conference venue for participants to leave outerwear and small personal belongings.

It is held annually in Gdynia and gathers more than 1,000 participants from all over Europe.

The IT Manager of Tomorrow conference is aimed at IT managers at various stages of their careers.

It is an event for budding IT managers who want to develop leadership competencies and build a solid foundation for further development. For experienced managers and IT team leaders, it's a space to share knowledge, learn about proven practices and seek answers to the challenges of managing teams, change and technology. On the other hand, for C-level (CIO, CTO, CISO) and IT executives, ITMT is a strategic platform to discuss the future of IT, the role of leadership in transforming organizations and building competitive advantage through technology. Regardless of position, each attendee will find sessions and meetings on the agenda tailored to their needs and experience level.

The IT Manager of Tomorrow conference addresses key topics in the areas of IT management, technology transformation and leadership competency development. The program includes sessions on building IT strategy in a changing business environment, effectively scaling teams, change management, cyber security, artificial intelligence and automation, among others. Participants also have the opportunity to explore issues related to the development of so-called power skills - soft skills necessary for effective leadership of IT teams. Most of the lectures will be held in Polish. Some workshops and selected sessions will also be available in English. Simultaneous translation is also planned so that everyone has access to take part in the conference.

No, the conference is held exclusively onsite - in Gdynia. IT Manager of Tomorrow is a four-day festival that focuses on face-to-face meetings, networking and live exchange of experiences. The only online component will be the ITMT Awards finale, which will be broadcast online.
