I am soon reaching 20 years in IT industry with past 14 years focused on Digital Marketing. Most of this time with CPG and Digital Marketing industry leader – Procter & Gamble (P&G) where I had a chance to work on biggest global brands and large-scale marketing programs. It is P&G where my core values, principles and interests shaped and evolved – including affinity for UX/UI, Product Management, Agile and of course people development and Diversity and Inclusion. In GSK I work on what I like most – talented people and support of critical business initiatives. When it comes to people I work on their development and growth and unlocking their potential. When it comes to business challenges – topics like cookie-less marketing, scaled and optimized digital marketing platforms for Healthcare Professionals and Patients. I love improving processes and I am always focused on the value for the user / customer. I can easily say ‘no’ to protect the value and avoid chasing ‘shining gizmos’. On a personal note – I am father of three rascals for whom I double as science teacher (home schooling). Of course, husband to my beloved wife and best friend, interior & industrial design afficionado but also sci-fi has a place in my heart (there is more of course).
