Eik Thyrsted Brandsgård has been working at The LEGO Group since 2005, starting as project manager on tech projects like MINDSTORMS and LEGO Universe but fell in love with the agile mindset in 2009 and have been advocating that ever since. He has a background in Humanistic Informatics from the University of Aalborg and focuses on the intersection between humankind and technology. He started his career in the nineties in startups focusing on the dawn of World Wide Web, Interactive Storytelling and VR and for more than a decade he has been one The LEGO Groups journey towards agility on every level and in every corner of the company. Eik currently heads up Group Business Agility in The LEGO Group.
