the Most Connected Man on Earth
Chris Dancy is touted as “the Most Connected Man on Earth,” and the world is watching those connections carefully. For 25 years, Dancy has served in leadership within the technology and healthcare industries, specializing in the intersection of the two. Chris entered the public dialog concerning digital health as the media started to focus on wearable technology. He earned his moniker by utilizing up to 700 sensors, devices, applications, and services to track, analyze, and optimize his life–from his calorie intake to his spiritual well-being. This quantification enables him to see the connections of otherwise invisible data, resulting in dramatic upgrades to his health, productivity, and quality of life.
Apart from being the world’s most connected man and a mindful cyborg, Chris Dancy has an impressive IT and project management background. Back in the 90’s his team deployed and managed servers in the US healthcare system. He managed products and projects for two service desk solutions providers. At Pink Elephant, one of world’s leading IT training and consulting company, Chris lead the digital engagement practice and was head of digital strategy. In the current decade, as Director of Enterprise Digital Systems and Product Management at Service Now, Chris lead the product design and management for some of ServiceNow’s award winning features, was Chief Digital Office and Senior Vice President at Healthways and founded Compassware, a digital therapy platform. As an author, speaker and consultant he worked with brands like Google, Nike, Microsoft, Citrix, HP, Salesforce, Intel and 3M.
